Does Being On Implanon Cause Bleeding For Days After Miscarriage?

I had 2 positive urine tests about a couple weeks ago. I had a miscarriage several days ago. I passed the baby and all. When I went to the hospital the dr said I wasn't pregnant, but the nurse said that I had some hormones in me but not much. The dr also said that he didn't see blood in me, but yet I'm still leeding to this day. Could the fact that I'm on the implanon still and took 3 500mg ibuprofens that same day have any impact on anything?
