Does Birth Control Patch Cause Blood In Vomit?

Hi, I had just started the patch birth control on Thursday. I understand the risks of all the downfalls the patch has but tonight I felt nausea BAD! I had ran to the bathroom, puked about 4 times. At the end I was puking up blood. Is this normal with my type of birth control?
