Does Bleeding During Pregnancy Lead To Miscarriage?

hi..I have missed my period on October 21st 2015..then I took home pregnancy test on October 28 and nov 3 ..both shows positive..but from yesterday I had brown spotting when I wipe and today bleeding with little bit of pain like my periods..is it miscarriage or ?

The symptoms what you are describing with discharge and bleeding could be due to miscarriage.
Kindly get an ultrasound abdomen scan done at the earliest and consult Gynecologist with the report for appropriate management.
In case pregnancy is viable, it would be possible to continue by following some measures.
