Hi my name is Mandy , i have noticed that every time i clean my ears that the left one pulls out blood , i have no pain at all. Last week i i finted and started to convolce two days in a row after taking a sip a pop, it only lasted 15 to 20 seconds. I had blood in my ear before the finting spells. could they be related issues?
Hello, First of all you should not clean your ears by yourself. You must consult an ENT specialist and get it cleaned. Fainting spells might occur immediately after cleaning or during cleaning. And if your are alone this can be very dangerous. Ear drum is around 2.5 cm from the ear canal opening and can easily be damaged by cleaning. Then blood may come . Blood may also come if there is trauma to canal skin. This can cause the infections to occur and which are very painful. You should consult your ENT specialist to get examined the present condition of ear and to treat if damaged and to treat the cause of itching. In doubt do reply.
