Does Blood In The Urine Long After Vaginal Hysterectomy Need Immediate Medical Attention?

eight year or so ago, I had a vaginal Hysterectomy and they removed my uterus and kept ovaries. I had a none cancer tumor on my uterus. I have cyst on my ovaries. Yesterday I had the worst cramps and when I went pee, I bled a little. Dr. is out till Monday, should I wait to see him or should I go to the ER??
