Does Blood On The Penis During Intercourse Mean STD?

Hi im a 20 year old female i was haveing sex with a male he went in raw then he put a condom on i scare cause when we was done that he took the condomm off i seen that there was blood on it i wont say alot but enough there was blood on my sheet i thougt it was me but its not n the blood was inside the condom Im scare what can i do dose that mean he has an STD or Hiv HELP!!!!
