Does Blood Sugar Level Of 89 After Sugar Rich Meal Cause Dizziness?

i have been craving sweets, my last sugar test was 1 month ago and told it was very low even if i hadnt eaten, i have eaten alot of sweets today, i am very dizzy a drunken feeling, so i wonder if its my suar level i tested it it was 89, that is after eating swiss rolls all day and tea with sugar plus my meal, is this normal

I really appreciate your concern, as far the sugar level is concern, 89 (unit is not given here) may not cause dizziness, if you have done this test at home then in my opinion this need to be done at standard pathology lab, if you feel dizzy then the reason of this could be something else and not the sugar level and this may demand the clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care.
