Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the test results is as follows:
The blood pressure varying between 130/90 and 120/90 is within normal limits.
However, does the diastolic pressure remain at 90 mm Hg at all times?
Diastolic pressure of 90 mm Hg is high and the pressure should be below 80 mm Hg.
You do not require medication right now, however, regular follow is required.

The hemoglobin level of 7.6, ferritin of 18.9 and iron level of 63.6 suggests iron deficiency anemia since all parameters are reduced.
You need to start iron supplements to correct iron deficiency state.

LDL level at 117 is slightly elevated. The LDL level should be below 100 mg/dl.
HDL level of 26 is below the normal range. HDL level should be above 60 mg/dl.
Thus, you need to consult your doctor for prescription of drugs which will reduce the level of LDL and elevate the level of HDL.

Reduced testosterone levels of testosterone can be assessed when all clinical details are available.

Thanks and take care
