Does Blurred Vision, Numbness In Arms And Sickness Indicate Thyroid Problem?

My son is 22 years old. He has been having blurry vision, he describes having floaters in his eyes. Feeling sick to his stomach. Very tired. Today he was standing and his left arm went numb then his right arm, then he felt very anxious, tired and not right . This has been going on for a few weeks now. He is not taking any medications and has always been healthy. Could this be a thyroid problem?
