Does Boils Below The Eye And Over The Eyelid Indicate Deficiency Of Any Kind ?

I have small boil like eruptions below the eye and a few above eye lid there is no discomfort but is it indicating some deficiency, my age is 46 F. Pl guide

check your cholesterol level
have u diabetes or bp?
they can be removal by dermatologist.
its harmless and only cosmetic problem is there.
