Does Brain Aneurysm Cause Pain?

My wife had an angiogram (MRA) done Friday. The neurologist told the tech to inform us there was a small aneurysm and for her to follow up with her general practitioner on Monday. She is still having pain and we were wondering if we need to go to the ER. Reading on the Internet a small aneurysm doesn't usually cause pain. What should we do?
