Does Breast Cancer Cause Pain In The Breast?

Hi! can there be pain with breast cancer? I have a dull pain in my breast. I am 64 yrs and very over weight, I also have implants that are about 40 yrs old. this pain started a couple days ago. since I have implants I have always been lumpy so I can t tell if there are any other type of lumps. thank you

Hello,

You may need to get evaluated. An ultrasound or mammography needs to be done. Breast cancer normally doesn't cause pain but discomfort.
