Does Breathlessness During Pregnancy Affect Fetus?

I m 36 weeks pregnant and last night was horrible ! I was awaken by feeling like I couldn t breathe and all of a sudden the air came back to me. Worst feeling , especially because I already feel like I can t breathe as it is. Does this affect my baby, or I m I the only one in discomfort ?

BUT SEVERE DISCOMFORT IS NOT COMMON IN PREGNANCY...
BETTER TO LOOK FOR THE CAUSE THAT IS CAUSING SEVERE PROBLEM TO YOU.
