Does Brown Discharge, Headache And Fatigue After Periods Indicate Pregnancy?

My girlfriend has had her period since the last time we have had sex but now a week after she is experiencing brown discharge for about a week now and is having headaches and fatigue. She has an iron deficiency but I am nervous that she may be pregnant. Can you help me out?

No. If you had normal bleeding during your periods then pregnancy is ruled out. The symptoms that you are having can be related to gastritis.
