Hi,
In the current scenario, you should get a trans-vaginal sonogram to get a definite clarification, and may repeat the assay of serum beta-hCG titres. Your menstrual history suggest irregular ovulation, if at all, and hormone irregularities have to be excluded as well as ovarian disorders. Please see a specialist for a proper appraisal of the situation. If pregnancy is excluded, you may be given hormone supplements to induce a period and further management planned later. Please maintain a healthy weight and a healthy diet. Hope this helps.
