Does Bruise On Hand Turned Into Swollen Bumps With Blisters Suggest Blood Poisoning?

I had a bruise on my hand that turned into a swollen bump with blistering. ER said I had blood poisoning and was hospitalized for 10 days. They said it was extremely rare to have this type of bacteria. I m at a loss to explain it. I had a shingles vac the day before. I am on massive doses of cephalexin. Have you heard of this ?

It might be a bacterial infection of the skin. Yes, it needs high dosages of antibiotics according to the anti-biograme test result.
