Does Brunelli Procedure Restrict The Movement Of Wrist?

Following a wrist extension injury I have been recommended for a Brunelli Procedure. The injury is 2 years old and at present I have full use of my wrist with limited pain and discomfort, I am concerned that the procedure will limit the movement in my wrist post op and I am setting back my overall mobility against future discomfort etc
