Does Cervical Arthritis Lead To Numbness In Legs,face And Lips?

i have been diagnosed with cervical arthritis and foraminal stenosis after MRIs and X-rays. But in addition to numbness in my arms and hands, I have been getting numb sensations in my legs and in my face and lips. Is this all related to the cervical arthritis or something else?
