Does Cervical Degeneration Cause Tingling Sensation In Limbs?

Hello. I have been experiencing pins and needles in my hands, legs, and feet during the night and while driving, some what worse on my right side. I was diagnosed w/ cervical degeneration over a year ago as well. Are the two related? If not, what could be the cause of the pins and needles sensation? P.S. I have never experienced the pins and needles until after taking medication for the arthritis. Thanks!
