Does Cetzine Cause Hair Fall?

hi... i am 25 and married. i started with allergic rashes on my body every alternate day. so i started taking cetzine whenever i suffered from rashes. it continued for a month. and now my doctor asked me to undergo a 10 day course.i am suffering excessive hairfall and also a delayed menstrual cycle. is it related to the intake of cetzine?
