Does Change In Dosage Of Effexor And Cymbalta Cause Irregular Periods?

Hi. I just turned 42 last week, I'm being treated for my third bout of depression which I have been going through for the past year. Two weeks ago my effexor was increased to 300mg from 225mg and my cymbalta was decreased from 60mg then to 30mg, then to nothing. I have been getting my periods like clockwork for years but now I haven't received my period. Last period ended Jan 28th. Early menopause starts in my family at 41 for my mom and sisters were 44. I want to have a child, never had one and not in a relationship. Is this skipped period because of the med change or am I started perimenopause or menopause? Thanks,
