Does Changing Diabetic Medication Cause Increase In Blood Sugar Levels?
Hi, my fasting sugar is 135 & PP is 229. I am taking glycomet 500 for the last 4 days & XMet SR 500 for 30 days prior to that. I checked the fasting & PP last week & it was 131 & 161. It has increased since I changed the medicine. Could you guide please?
dear sir i understand your concern.the important point is The Xmet SR 500 is a sustained realise formulation which will have less side effects like blotting and gastitis. The fact is the efficacy is also little less when compare to regular formulation that is Glycomet 500.if you dont have any problem using glycomet 500 go ahead andd use the same....regards
