Does Chemotherapy And Radiotherapy Cause Headaches?

I am a stage 4 throat cancer patient, I finished my cisplatin and radiation treatment in nov 2010, 6 months later I have a constant headache. I recently have taken a catscan and it came out clean. The dr/ent says it side effects from the treatments and I need to live with the pain. What do you think?

Persistent headache is never a side effect of cancer treatment neither chemotherapy nor radiotherapy. You might be suffering from other causes of headache like tension headache, migraine or refractory error. Please consult a neurologist and get investigated properly and take treatment. You need not live with pain forever and the aim of any cancer treatment is to make the patient lead a normal life not to suffer.
