Does Chemotherapy Cause Sore Neck

I am on Chemo for the second time. First time approx 2 yres. ago. I had ovarian cancer and recovered nicely. but my CA125 went up yp 74 and they recommended I go back on chemo. I had my second tteament nearly 2 weeks ago and I am so extremly tired. and my neck is sore. This has never happened before I usually bounce back with 3 or 4 days
