Does Chest Pain At 22 Weeks Pregnancy Require Medical Attention?

I am 22 weeks pregnant. Past fee days I'm experiencing very uncomfortable chest pain. My heart feels like it's going to jump out of my chest, it is impossible to lie down. The pain is getting worse and I'm getting short if breath. Should I go to A&e? I am in pain and very concerned. Thank you

Please see a doctor, preferably a cardiologist. Chest pain and palpitation may be a sign of an underlying heart disease. However in case of pregnancy, sheer panic or even anaemia may mimic such symptoms. Please get investigated asap.
