Does Chest Pain Fatigue & Shortness Of Breath Suggest Lung Cancer?

Hi,i am an asian male. I am 35 and have been a heavy smoker since 18. I usually smoke 10-15 cigs a day. Lately, I have been having diffuse pain in my chest area especially after I smoke. I also feel short of breath at times with weakness and fatigue. I do not have cough or bloody sputum. I am concerned about having lung cancer. Should I be worried?

Since you are having chest pain and you are a smoker i suggest u do a CT scan of chest with contrast.
If any space occupying lesion is found then do biopsy to rule out malignancy.
For chest pain take paracetamol tablet twice daily
