Does Chest Pain With Numb Arms & Vomiting Suggest Heart Attack?
I have been really tired lately, Sunday evening I fell asleep on the couch only to wake up with severe chest pain pulse high stomach hurting and my left arm going numb. About three hours after all that happened I began throwing up. Could this have been a mild heart attack? I am 35 years old, but my jobs is pretty stressful right now.

No this may not be heart attack, to clear the doubt it is better and advisable to go for EKG test this would clear the doubt, this is the only best option you have, if this this is stress full condition then low down your stress level, hope this information helps.
