Does Chlamydia Cause Swollen Testicles?

I was diagnosed with chlaymidia just over a month ago, but over the last week my right testical has swollan up and feels uncomfortable. What does this mean? Is the chlamydia still there or could it be another std or infection that may have gone unnoticced?

Hi, though Chlamydia can cause mild swelling of the testicles but since this swelling is coming up after some time it would be prudent to suspect some secondary infection. Is there any pain, redness or burning in urine. Are you having any fever? If yes, please consult your Doctor who can examine you and prescribe some urine tests like culture to be sure and then antibiotics or suitable medication can be started.
