Does Chlorine Exposure Cause Sore Throat, Fever And Cough?

The symptoms are red bumpy rash in hot spots,sore throat with large tonsil on right( he had tonsils removed when he was very young unless they grow back, no fever ,bad cough ,sneezing ,exposed to chlorine 1.1ppm , for 2weeks could it be chlorine poisining ?

I really appreciate your concern, it is the allergic disorders and nothing else and it can be well managed with anti-histamine alone and best drug would be Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, have saline water gargle hope this information helps.
