Does Chunky Vaginal Bleeding Indicate Miscarriage?

Hello. So I m 4 days late on my period. And today I peed and blood came out as a chunk. I m having a little cramps. I thought I was pregant at first. Yes I ve been sexually active. I took a pregancy test came out negative. Could this be a miscarrage??

Hello,

Since the pregnancy test was negative, miscarriage is not likely. However, miscarriage cannot be completely ruled out either. A pathological examination of the discharged tissue is required to differentiate between products of conception or endometrial tissue. But such an evaluation is unnecessary.
The bleeding will subside in the next few days. If not, follow up with your ObGyn.
