Does Clot Discharge After Sex Indicate Ruptured Uterine Fibroid?

I have 3 uterine fibroids, I believe during sex 1 ruptured or partially ruptured. A large clot or flesh looking piece came out along with alot of blood. My period wasn't due for about 10 days, I bled for about 2 days like the last days of a period. Having a lot pain, tied/cut/burned tubes in 2005 so I doubt pregnancy. Not sure what to do or what occurred, advice please.

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Iregualr/ profuse bleeding with clot/painful bleeding are characters of fibroid symptoms.
- A sexual act causing breakage of the fibroid ( spontaneous expulsion of fibroid is seen in 10-13 % cases) seems to be less possible,- but the profuse bleeding you had definitely indicates a serious attention to fibroids..
Tubectomy performed 14 years back without any pregnancy all these years does not show chance of pregnancy- still it needs to be excluded by pregnancy test/ sonography./ histero salpingo gram if needful.
As you are not interested in child bearing, you should go for hysterectomy,preserving ovaries- & get rid of the risk of frequent blood loss/ill health.
Please consult a gynecologist for physical examination/ investigations & decide line of treatment for you.
