Does Coarse Echopattern Of Myometrial Walls Cause Irregular Bleeding?

hello doc, i am imee..i had ultrasound yesterday, coz im having my period again last May 5-8 after my regular period lat Apr 25 to may 1. please explain further my sonography report...cervix 2.7 x 2.2cm; anteverted corpus 5.6 x 4.5 x 5.9cm 7.0mm intact hyperechoic endometrium..both myometrial walls demonstrate coarse echopattern? T/C adenomyosis? is there a connection of this result with my bleeding problem? thanks..God Bless!
