Does Cold Cause Dizzy Spells, Nausea And Breathing Problems?

I've been told I may have the cold but I am unsure because I have had dizzy spells and nausea, I am always tired and get a cold sweat at nights. I also get breathing difficulites where I am out of breath very easily (I am very active), is this just the cold or the flu?

Yes. you may have cold. what happens is that you may develop sinusitis along with the cold. this may cause headaches, vertigo, dizziness. the nausea may be associated to the headache and vertigo or may be a part of the viral illness. likewise for the diarrhea. the weakness can be explained by the viral infection too.

so overall your symptoms can be explained. however i cannot possibly make a comment if your doctor is right in the diagnosis.

i would suggest you get an x ray pns waters view

Hi cold followed by dizzy spells .breathing difficulties and nausea can be due to flu rather than normal cold.usually cold and flu are associated.night sweats are mainly due to flu.
It can be treated by ampoxin thrice daily sinarest tablet daily once in the night time and rest
