Does Coming Off Antidepressant Pills Cause Delay In Period?

Hi, i am 16 and sexually active. I have a boyfriend and we use condoms and we are always pretty careful. I stopped taking an antidepressant pill (generic for Zoloft) and my period is 4 days late now.I was also on birth control for a few months but stopped a few months ago as well. I am panicking and I hope it is just from stopping my pill.
