Does Complete Hysterectomy Cause Dryness Of Lips?

I had a hysterectomy (including my ovaries) 7 weeks ago. I was 3 years post menopause, and I take no hormone replacement. I notice that my lips are very chapped all of the time now, and I have to keep chapstick on them constantly or they crack and hurt. Is this possibly a symptom of removing my ovaries? faith
