Hello,

First of all, take out that thinking from your mind that you have compressed chest. Transient blow during any sports activity does not make you to have compressed chest, it is momentary impact over chest/abs which vanishes within seconds. Loss of breath is associated with your voluntary holding of breath due to lessen the impact of trauma to the body, nothing else.

Suggestions:
• You do not have to perform any major acts regarding this
• Have to change the thought pattern only
• Meditations with deep breathing exercises and yoga will help you through it
• Be positive always
• Keep playing all the sports of your choice

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
