hi doctor , i m a 18 yrs grl i hav problem of motions since my childhood, i dont get proper motions regularly. once in 3 or 4 days dat too improperly . i started drinking water early in the morning but it doesnt work my dr told me too drink hot milk at night. i did this it worked for certain period but after some tym it stopped working . i eat alot, my sleeping and eating time is not constant i sleeps at 3 am and gets up at 12pm onward. i have darkcircles under my eyes is dat a problem due to constipation ??? and i dont feel fresh, i alwayz feel lazy tell me a solution which will help me to get proper motions daily ...
Hello and welcome to HCM, In order to maintain a health it is important to maintain a healthy life style. An integral part of healthy life style are meals at regular interval and proper sleep cycle. Late night awakening can alter the bowel movement, thus it is important to sleep not to late at night and wake up at appropriate time. An improper sleep affects the skin health also thus development of dark circles under the eyes. Thus, you need to train yourself to change your life style. Treatment for constipation will be effective once your food habits and sleep cycle becomes regular. Physical activity like exercising, yoga, sports will help to regularizing your body rhythms.
