Does Cortical Cyst In Kidney Cause Sever Pain In Muscles And Tendons Of Legs?

hi, I have got two cortical cyst measuring51/42 mm on upperpole and anothr 95/78mm on lower pole of left kideny. I dont find comfortable to sleep on left side.I got severe musles pain in my tendom musles pain in lag and hand also.I can walk with limping and pain.Is this coorelaed to cyste?
