Does Crying In Fear During Pregnancy Harms The Baby?

I am currently almost 18 weeks pregnant. For the past 3 days i have cried Hysterically for a few to a couple hours at a time. 3 days ago 4 hours, yesterday 2 hours, and today about a hour. This is my first pregnancy and I am concerned as to if this would cause a miscarriage. I dont know much about that and Im a bit worried. I havent had any spotting or anything like that. Should I be concerned that I might have harmed the baby from the crying? -Destiny

Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
As such, crying does not harm your baby.
But your mental turbulence and stress harms your baby by affecting blood flow.
Relax, stop crying.
SOrt out the issues, or else consult a psychologist for counselling.
Take care.
