Does Cvs Sleep Aid Cause Rapid Heartbeat And Fluttering Sensation In Chest?

I have had trouble sleeping for years so I starting taking a cvs sleep aid. It has been a few years now and I take 100 mg before bed. I have never had side effects before but the last 2 nights I have a had a fluttering in my chest and a rapid heartbeat
