Does Cyclo Progynova Helps In Conceiving?

hi I'm 28 and am trying to conceive my 2nd child. My 1st child was conceived 10 yrs ago. I had a very difficult pregnancy & he was born at 29 wks due to pre-eclampsia. I have since been diagnosed with PCOS and prescribed cyclo progynova. Will this actually help me to conceive? I was told it was because my body was not producing enough Oestrogen? I have read a lot about chlomid but nothing about what I have been prescribed? I am bleeding but does this mean I am ovulating? It is not regularly though. It has only been a couple of times so far this year? Will I be able to fall pregnant again or because I am on this cycloprogynova does it mean I can't eb helped anymore?
