Does Cyst In Labia Cause Periods To Come Late?

I have not had sex since jun 26th. I had my period as expected on July 4th for 5 days. I have not had my period since. The sex was safe and the condom did not malfunction. I have taken 3 tests and all say not pregnant. Earlier in July I had a small cyst on my labia. Could this have anything to do with my period being late?
