Does Dark Color Urine After A Fall Need Medical Attention?
I had a hard fall Sunday morning riding my mountain bike, I went over the handle bars flipping thru the air and landing on my back around the kidney and liver area. Finally went and sat in steam room and hot tub then home. While urinating it was a dark color.

I am sorry for the accident you had.
Most probably, you might have had an internal trauma, including those of urinary pathways with a bit of internal bleeding.
When old blood cleared from your urinary pathways, your urine appeared dark in color.
Have plenty of fluids to increase urination and get cleared.
If dark color will appear again, get urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound done to check it out.
