Does Delay In Periods Indicate Pregnancy?

I have an irregular period, but my period is late and my boyfriend and I usually don t use a condom but he always pulls out, I m not on birth control pills, but now I m worried I m pregnant, with my period being late and since Monday I ve been nauseated. I ve taken 3 at home pregnancy test and they have came back negative, can you tell me what the probability of me being pregnant is and what I should do?

hi thanks for writing to us
delayed periods first thing to be ruled out is pregnancy
it would be better to do a beta hcg ,a blood test to detect pregnancy
later a ultrasound may be needed
