Does Delay In Periods Indicate Pregnancy?

actually my last period 29th july , i had taken tablets for 4 days i.e are 26th au, 27th, 28th, 29th , means 4 tablets , after stopinh tablet 29th aug still 3 sept i didn t gey my period , i had a sex on 29th, myself and my husband din t taken any precuation . may i get pregnancy ?
