Does Delayed Intake Of Birth Control Pill After Intercourse Increase Pregnancy Chances?

hi,I took my pill Monday night a usual and forgot to take it Tuesday and Wednesday and today I took it in the morning, and had unprotected sex with my partner today,I ve forgot to take it for 4 days and been completely fine,my boyfriend is really paranoid, will I be protected still after missing about 32 hours without taking my pill but took it right as I remembered this morning at 10 o clock also do I now make this my time to take the pill (been taking the pill since January 2014 I am on Cerazette btw

Hello,

Your partner worry is justified. You should have taken cerazette pill without interruptions.
Usually, the pill takes effect within a week after first starting it, even if you started before. That's why we do recommend condom protection during this time.

I can only suggest to observe your incoming periods. If delayed, take pregnancy test 10 day after the due date.
