Does Delayed Menstruation And White Vaginal Discharge Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi Dr, I have taken clomid for my 2 cycles. Now my period supposed to get on the 22nd July but until today is alteady due for 11 days and I have get it yet. When I did my pregnancy test in the morning it still shows as negative. Plus when I urine I saw white sticky comes out. Is there any possible if I am pregnant?
