Does Delayed Period, Vaginal Spotting And Positive HPT Indicate Pregnancy?

hi i am so confused. My period is 2 weeks late, but i have been having some light cramps on and off and a very little spotting for the last 5 days. I took a pregnancy test today and it came out positive. Does this mean i am really pregnant or is something just wrong with me?
