Does Delayed Period While On Rigevidon Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi, I m 19 years old. I m new to the pill and I m on Rigevidon. And have never missed one and take it at the same time everyday.About a week ago I had sex but didn t use any other form of contraception. Now I m on my 7 day pill break and I m on the second day but I haven t bled yet. What are the chances that I m pregnant? I m starting to panic a little now. Thank you.

Hi,

Rigevidon is an oral contraceptive and when it is taken regularly without a break in the month. There is no possibility of pregnancy. The delay can be due to side effect of drug in early days. You would get the period in post pill 8 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
