Does Delayed Periods, Reddish/brown Discharge After Intercourse, Sensitive Inside Vaginal Walls Indicates Pregnancy?

I m 37 and have been trying to get pregnant for the past 5/6 months. I have pretty regular menstrual cycles, every 27-29 days & last 4-5 days. My last period was 2/17/14, I was due around 3/16 and still have not gotten it. Being that I m 5 days late I took a HPT which was negative. A few days ago there was a very light pink discharge after sex and then tonight there was a heavier reddish/brown discharge after intercourse. Also the last 2-3 times we ve had sex I felt very sensitive inside my vaginal walls and pressure by my cervix. Could this be possible pregnancy or something else?

Hello,

False-negative pregnancy results can occur while testing early. So please repeat the home pregnancy test after a week. Also, follow up with your ObGyn to get a urine analysis and vaginal swab/culture done to rule out any infection.

Hope this answers your query
